Keepsake Quilting has some prints. Coloring book pages work great if you would like to applique.

There are the cutest pieced dinosaurs in the "Big Book of Quick Rotary Cutter Quilts". Amazon has them used, even with shipping the book is less expensive than a magazine, with LOTS of patterns.
