I was going to suggest quilterscache but then noticed Tartan had the same recommendation. Some days when I'm at loose ends for my next project (even though I have dozens of patterns), I will go to quilterscache and just look through the blocks, they are a valuable resource.

On the Generations website, the links to the templates, etc. are in the cutting chart under the finished block sizes.

I have found https://www.quiltcanvas.com/ pretty helpful for stuff I can't find, or blocks I want to resize (as long as they're fairly basic). You don't have to pay for an account, they have some of the basic features free that would let you create your maple leaf block.

Thanks for the picture. It's beautiful! The color scheme is what I'm looking for.

For the first one you listed -
Theoretically -
If you cut your strips at 2-7/8 inches, and each "square" of the 5x5 grid finished at 2-3/8 inches - the block would finish at 11-7/8 inches.
Or you could ask someone to draft it in EQ and size it to 12 inches finished and use those templates.
