Looking for the name of this quilt pattern

I saw a photo of this quilt and copied it. Mine is made with Kaffe Fassett prints and Kona Snow. It is basically a Log Cabin block made with the large square and strips added to it. However, two of the strips are made of 1 1/2" squares sewn together into strips.

If anyone knows the name of this pattern, please let me know. Many quilters are asking for its name. Thank you!

It does look like it could be a version of this pattern. Thank you.

    Beautiful quilt. I love it.
A quilt is like a good life. It's full of mistakes, but, in the end, it looks pretty good.

I've been wondering what to do with my Kaffe Fasset fabrics that would keep the design intact, and your quilt does a lovely job of that. Thanks for posting!
A fabric stash is always missing that one fabric needed to finish the quilt on which you're working.

Very beautiful! I'd just call it a log cabin variation.

Don't know the name of the pattern, but I sure do like it. Can you be more specific with the measurements of all the blocks and strips?

Beautiful quilt. Check your sources on where you found the pattern might yield more information on what it is called. I would agree its a variation of the log cabin design myself, but I am not as knowledgeable as others on this QB site.

Don't know the name and it could be made up to begin with. But I wanted to comment what a fabulous way to show off some large scale focus prints (like the BQ patterns!) but also do a little scrap busting with the 2 1/2 squares.

Wonderful use of smaller pieces as well as the focus fabrics. Would love to have more measurements too.

Maple Island Quilts make the BQ series patterns. Maybe they have one similar. https://mapleislandquilts.com/

Lovely quilt. I would like to know the name too if you find it.

Boy do I feel dumb! I couldn't figure out what the 'BQ' stood for. I looked and looked on the website and still didn't see what the BQ stood for. Then it hit me that I had been reading Big Quilts over and over and didn't see the connection. My only excuse is that I haven't finished my first cup of coffee yet. I had better drink faster.

Your picture does certainly look like the BQ series. However, I have to say that I like your picture the best in all of the series. It is very colorful and seems that it would be easy to do and easy to make up your own pattern.

If you do find the pattern, let us know. Thanks.

Ditto on wanting the measurements, etc. Maybe we can start a thread of everyone making this pattern quilt. It would be fun to do together under yolajean's tutelage.
    Any takers?

Tumbling blocks, or tumbling charm block... except it uses strips with same color, I like your way with 2 color strip.

Although I'm not terribly familiar with the BQ quilts, I don't think this would be one of their patters as the "large" block in this is a charm square. Aren't their patterns made with larger pieces?
