    Default Looking for quilt-hanging device

I want to find a wall "bracket", for lack of a better word, that will display one quilt on a wall. The quilt gets lightly folded "paper-fan-style" and the bracket goes around the quilt, maybe 8 inches down from the top, allowing it to drape in folds below the bracket. It also sticks out of the bracket on top in a stiff little "quilt-bouquet." That is the best way I know to describe it. I have seen them at craft shows in the past. Anyone know where I can purchase one of these? Thank you!

I did a google search for wooden heart quilt stand, and quite a few sites came through. Here is a link to one of them, I have not looked through the site myself. http://robinsonswoodcrafts.com/Heart...ilt_holder.htm

methinks this (http://www.glointhedarkquilting.com/door-quilt-hanger/) might be what you're looking for!

How clever! It looks like all you need is an embroidery hoop and a wreath hanger.

I believe you are looking for the bow or heart quilt hangers.
Nice way to display a quilt but not sure I'd want one for a
long period. Might cause some permanent crease.

Yes, Liz92B, that is the look I am after. However, the one I remember was for the wall, made as a decoation out of oak.

That is exactly what I wanted to find! Thank you, EasyPeezy! I hadn't thought about the permanent creasing. Does anyone have one of these quilt hangers? Does it create permanent creasing?

If you rotate the quilt on a regular basis I don't see a problem. But I don't have one and am not an expert.
I love the look of those so I will be re-assessing my wall areas to see IF I can use it.
