Default Machine Choice

I would like to purchase a machine for free motion quilting. I am trying to decide between the Juki 2010Q and the Brother PQ 1500S. I already have a Bernina 430 that I love, but the small harp space makes it very difficult to quilt anything much bigger than a baby qullt or throw. Does anyone have any experience with either one of these machines. The Brother is about $300 cheaper, but I don't want to make the choice based solely on that.
Thanks in advance for any info you can provide.

I have the Brother PQ 1500. I think it's a great machine. I haven't had one problem with it. The only thing I wish was better about it is the manual.

You might want to look at the new Bernina 710.

they are almost the same and both get awesome reviews so I would go with the brother and save yourself some cash you can buy lots of fabric with 300 dollars

I use a Juki TL98QE and Babylock Jane or quilting, both are great machns and higher than thhe Bother 1500. My Daughter uses the Brother 1500 and loves it for piecing and quilting and is cheaper than the other two machines.

When the bobbin stops rattling, you are out of thread!

The bobbins hold about as much as my Pfaff, so I usually have a pretty good idea. The Pfaff does have a bobbin low light, but I've usually got the bobbin door open so the light doesn't work anyway.
