Mexican Star quilt - sashing help!
I finally got the pattern - hate snail mail for that!
So here is my layout

I have four options for the sashing ... and I'm not sure I like any of them ... the first one is the one I have all cut out, but then when I see it together I'm not sure ... so I put the blocks on 3 other options
Please pick your favourite, or suggestions? Should I go a lot darker?

Thanks!

All of them look good. It just breaks down to what do you want the look to be? Darker and more mature, or lighter and younger. Do you have a plan for where or who it is going to? Take that into consideration. What would they like, or what colors go with where you plan to hang the lovely piece.

Barb - it will be donated at Christmas time (all my quilts are!) so there is no one in mind for it ... Looks like # 1 is the preferred option ... so that makes it easy since they are already all cut out!
