If you use minky fabric do you quilt it or tie it. Also, do you use batting also or just the minky.

I used batting and quilted it. To tell you the truth I never gave it a thought!

I use batting and quilt the quilts. I also really like to quilt two pieces of fleece to make lap 'blankies'.

it's up to you- either way works- and the batting is a personal choice too- some people use batting some don't some people tie- some quilt- it depends on the project- if you are going to tie---and use batting be sure to use a batting appropriate for tied quilts...not one that needs to be quilted every 2"-4".
