Don't need the fabric right now, but love their tutorials. Have learned alot from just those.

My experience with them is the two F's: fast and friendly. I love how the packer includes a little note with my fabric too.

I love them and order at least once per week. They have great customer service, I also subscribe to their You Tube channel and watch their videos. They have great ideas

I have been trying to place an online order now for 4 days. The website crashes each time, and it is not my computer because I have tried 3 different computers. They have some great stuff I want, I just can't place an order. I emailed them but no response yet. I'll try it a couple more times and then if no luck I will move on to another website.

I actually read something on here just a couple days ago that they are having tons of problems with their website. And that they are trying to get it up and running smoothly. I ordered from them a week and a half ago for the first time and I was very happy with what I received. I hope that it works out for you :)

I sent them 2 emails yesterday, they have yet to answer me. I'm a patient person but they are pushing it to the limit. They are quilting a top I sent them, and unless I hear from them today I won't do business with them again. Good for them if business is so good they can pick and choose.

I've ordered from them several times and have been very satisfied with the result. I've also emailed them and did get a reply after several days -- they are very busy, for sure. I can only imagine the number of emails they must get per day.

The only issue I have with them is that they charge $15.00 for shipping the Daily Deal to Canada. It not worth it to me to spend $15.00 to ship a $5.00 item - it's not much of a deal for me. So I do not take advantage of their DD's.

I do love their tutorials, however ... very informative and easy to follow.
