I think it is wonderful. We always judge our own work too harshly. Just stand back and admire the beautiful scene like we do. You did a great job.

If this is your first attempt, I think you did a fantastic job. It's beautiful and you should be very proud of it!

I've found it's true that most of us are overly critical of our own work, for some reason expecting something more than we end up with. I'm learning to step back and look from a slight distance and find that what I deem to be mistakes are simply not the perfection I demand of myself, yet nobody notices it but me.

That is so very pretty, you did a good job and I believe that not only is every quilt a work of art but that every quilt is a learning quilt as we grow in our knowledge of do's and dont's with each one. I just love your flowers. The red ones remind me of Indian paintbrush flowers.

That's gorgeous! The colors are wonderful, and I love your border fabric.

Yolanda, your wall hanging is just lovely. When I look at it, I am seeing a peaceful seaside landscape. Yes, we are way too critical of ourselves. Sometimes, when I am not too happy with my FMQ, I am often surprised how good it looks once I take it off the frame. I learn from every quilt I make. Every quilt is a rehearsal for the next one, smile.
