Moda

Yes, I love to use Moda; the fabrics by their designers are beautiful; have never been disappointed. They have many free patterns on their website, and I have done several of them for myself and gifts. My theory is that if you are going to spend your valuable time and effort, buy the best you can afford and you won't be disappointed. For instance, the only items I buy at JoAnns are notions, their fabric for me anyhow, is not worth taking a chance on. I shop for the better fabrics at discounts, there are websites and local quilt shops that you can buy from at discount, or watch for the sales locally. Here is a nice website for example that has all the best brands (I am not affiliated in any way, just like this store):

I made this quilt for my grandson Noah, last year...It spoke to me when I saw it.

Sorry I tried to add the photo, but don't have the time to research it now.
This quilt was easy to make and fun to do.

What is MSCO?
I bought a jelly roll that is from Moda's line. Jelly Rolls are normally around $24 to $35 depending on many strips are in the roll. I found mine for $17.50 as a daily deal so I bought 2. The strips were all cut the same and good quality. I know at MSCO a yard of their fabric is now $5.95/yd. Cheapest I have found thus far.
From what I can tell, most name brands run about the same.

I have bought fabric from Moda for years....they have the best designers...wonderful hand to their fabrics. I don't know that they are more than any other quilt shop quality fabric. Just know that they are my favorites and so nice to sew with.
I have sewed some of their patterns, but it has been awhile. They usually have patterns to go with different groups of fabric.
