    How do you determine the model number for a machine? Apparently I have a 66 but how do I know if it's a 1-2 or3 ect. ?

    It took me a few minutes to figure out you were talking about a Singer sewing machine. You will most likely get your answer through the serial number.

    Here's a website site that shows you where your serial number is located on your machine:

    Thanks for the reply and the links. It appears I have to call Singer with the serial # to get the model #.
