Congrats! She looks alot like the one I just got....you will really enjoy playing with her. Do you know what she is yet and when she was born? She looks to be in great condition!

You should write down her history and stick it in her case somewhere....I'd love to know the names of the women that owned my machines before me...

Wow - great find. As a child, I remember going to visit "Aunt Kate", not a relative, but great family friend, who sewed on an old Singer treadle machine. She made the best "stuff", including patchwork aprons in the shape of a tulip and clothespin hangers th at looked like dresses. I loved to go visit her and hear her talk about her past. A fascinating woman.
