I think your ten minute blocks would look super with a pieced strip sashing, 3/4 "black, 2" of one of your block prints, and another 3/4" black. These cut sizes would give you 2 1/2" finished sashes. You could make the sashing scrappy by using different prints for the center strips. Then I'd use solid black for cornerstones.

Pattern is on www.quiltville.com which is Bonnie Hunter's web page. There are probably 25 free patterns and all kinds of great quilting info. Well worth a visit and a cup of coffee while checking out all her info.

She has printer friendly pages too which is a nice touch.
