I totaly agree. Very nice so far. Add just one narrow, solid border and another color (the purple, maybe) for the binding. Looks great so far. Please post when done.

If you don't remove the double sashing, add a third sashing in black which would set each square apart. Also rotate the greens so they are not so close to each other. I think you've done a great job picking colors and look forward to seeing the finished quilt. Thanks for sharing.

I like it the way it is except like somebody already mentioned seperate the green on the right. I like the purple too. Where did you get the bird material?

Hello, and welcome from Louisiana. I think it looks good just the way it is. Great job.

I would love to see these blocks sewn together. Then I would like to see a sashing with a cornerstone. Keep going.

You are doing a great job. Follow your heart on this. I love your birds, and I think however you put it together is fine. You are learning, and will do something different next time. Love your colors, purple is fine, and all is really pretty.

I like the way you're going with it now. The blocks of color bring out the blocks with birds. I think another border between might be too much.

I'd try a thin sashing around each block with a darker color. Very nice!!
