Default my first bargello quilt - a heart

I was wandering thru pix of my quilts and came across this one. My very first bargello. It wA full size quilt and it was a class at my group many years ago. I quilted it starting at the center with rays fanning out. It really added to the effect I wanted. Sort of like the sacred heart of Jesus pix. I hope you enjoy it.

That is so cool Mim.
How fun to find things like that from back in the beginning...
Did you have fun in the class? Did you enjoy making it? Would you / have you done more bargellos?

yes, I had fun in the class. we were all friends and there was no pressure to get it done quickly. The next one I did was a wall hanging that Charisma quilted for me. I kept the WH and it is on my dining area wall. The quilt I gave to a cousin who needed comfort at the time,

The blue one is . The color group a personal favorite, but the quilting is just beautiful both in design and execution.
