Your block is very nice. Love the colors. Paper piecing is my favorite thing to do when I get weary from quilting. It's just fun!

I made that block a couple of days ago and it turned out really nice. I also did a pineapple block and I'm working on a mariners compass now. I have been paper piecing now for about a week. I tried years ago to get it down pat and then one day last week a light seened to flip on. Go figure and I now have it down pat. Have a great day, Huggies, Fay

Your PP is awesome. One of the main rules of PP is to sew past the intersection line a few stitches so they get locked into place when other stitching crosses over it otherwise the seam will unravel. PP gets easier as all things do. I enjoy PP for its' accuracy.
    Peace :D

I just tried paper piecing for the first time while doing a Round Robin and it was really a challenge. But I think mine turned out well and I have one more pp to do on the other side before sending it on to its original owner. Hope she likes what I have done.

Looks great to me, but then I haven't done a PP yet. But I do have the pattern to try one.
