Congrats on a great find. Where I live there is approximately one antique dealer living in every 5 houses. They snatch up the machines, quilts, etc before the garage sales even open.
I have rarely seen fabrics at Salvation Army or garage sales. But I will keep my eyes open and maybe someday I will stumble on a sale and get one of those great deals.
