My mom still has this machine. Mom doesn't use it much at all, if ever. It's a great machine and will stay in the family.

I have sewn a million miles on one just liked that. My Mom had one when I was in grade school and high school. My son still has it and it still sews beautifully.

Enjoy your "new" machine. I got myself a Singer Slant-O-Matic 503 Special last year on CL in excellent shape. I don't use it though because I don't like dealing with the cams. It has all the attachments, cams and manual and it does sew nicely

That is a really cool looking machine, and how nice that you sort of got a piece of your history back! And the name "slant-o-matic" is just awesome all on its own.

I feel the same about Pfaff 332's. My grandma had one and that's what I learned to sew one...I would LOVE to have one of my own some day but for now I don't even know what I would do with it.
