I've been using a mini ironing board the entire time. Have not yet invested in a regular full-sized one. I have even pressed Queen sized quilt tops on it...try doing that without cursing a few times. :-D

Now this is something I could do too. Thanks for showing the how tos. 1/4" plywood would work and I think there's a piece in my basement right now left over from my one son making the other son a new computer table last week. Woohoo, I'm on my way.
