So the other day I decided to really get into FMQ I needed a machine that could handle it. I started doing my research and decided on the Juki TL-2000Qi. I looked all over the internet and found one at Ken's sewing center for $725, which was the lowest price I could find, with free shipping and no tax. Went ahead and I ordered it. When I got my box I was sooooo excited. Started opening it and the first thing I pull out was the manual and I noticed it said TL-2010Qi. A little confused, I pulled out the machine and check the invoice. They upgraded me to the 2010 at no extra cost, and sent me a case and a cover with the machine too. I am so blown away by that! I love my new machine, it is amazing!

I have dealt with Ken's Sewing Center numerous times. We even drove over from SC to northwestern AL to pick up one machine. I have been very satisfied with Ken's, both on buying machines and other things. It's a good place to buy from. I recommend them whenever I can, because I have been so pleased with everything I buy, and with their service, and their packaging on machines. I am not connected with them in any way.
