    I agree with posting to this link. Miz Johnny most likely can tell you who made this machine. I don't think it is a Singer since the cabinet doesn't look like a Singer cabinet. New Home, Franklin, or one of the other earlier sewing companies before Singer, it could be. Beautiful cabinet!

    nice machine and the oak cabinet is really spectular too. I love nice oak furniture pieces.

    WOW that is really nice. You are so lucky to have such a thoughtful daughter. I have never heard of that brand but when you find out more please let us all know.

    My guess would be the same, that Singer made this for Red Cross during the war! Congratulations on your find!
