Oh boy, does this bring back memories for me. I bought some computer software on eBay and I watched it travel from Boston to Kansas and then to Washington DC, back to Boston and I can't remember where it went from there. I DID get it eventually. You might want to have the fabric store give the USPS to see if they can flag the package and get it back on track. I DID FINALLY get my package 3 weeks later.

I rarely have a problem with the USPS. Now UPS and FED EX are a whole nother ball game. Not a fun one either.

If I were a package, that is where I would want to go. Lots of history in Boston. Hope your package decides to come back soon.

I guess that explains why they always say they are losing money. What happened to the saying, the shortest distance between 2 points is a straight line?

I recently tracked an ebay order coming from Alaska, priority mail. It went from Alaska to Washington state (expected) then to...Iowa? Sat there for several days then went to Colorado then here to Wyoming. It's little wonder the postal service is going broke.

I don't understand this? Did I miss something in the translation? I don't know what a "flat Stanley" is - anyone else know?

Retired 4th grade teacher here (now a quilter). This should enlighten you about "Flat Stanley" My 4th graders loved the book and we actually sent "A Flat Stanley" on a trip almost around the world. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flat_Stanley

Love Flat Stanley! But we already gave him a tour of Boston. Great city to visit but not for a quilting related package. That should go express to the eager buyer!
