Looks like it doesn't need too much cleaning up. I'll bet a dollar there was a big ole water mark from a potted plant under that decoration on the top. Most all my treadle machines have one.

GiGi must have been a triplet because the one I picked up at a yard sale a couple weeks ago is the same machine/same cabinet.

What a beauty. I love the decals, and that top decoration is nice. You can always put a large doily over it. I would be afraid to try to remove it, I agree with the others who said there may be some damage under it. Very pretty machine and all those attachments are wonderful.
