    It's beautiful. Red, black and white are such a dramatic color combination. Looks like it would be a quick and easy pattern.

    Moosegirl, I like yours too. The stripe repeat makes it look complicated and adds a lot of interest. Great fabric choices.

    Next time, line the ruler up in the same place you will get a repeated design to your star and it makes a wonderful quilt.

    Hello everyone...there are NO y seams with these templates, this is very easy..This is my first of these but I will be doing more...The fabric came from Walmart believe it or not and I got it for $1.00 yard..Our local Walmart has been having good sell on fabric,during there remodeling. I went yesterday again and got some of the last they had good...I have been stocking up. Thanks for all the compliments...LOVE THIS SITE..

    I bought the template also, but have not had a chance to work it up yet. Since I am returning to work for 3 months, it will be a while as I have a "few" projects in the works now and will be slowed down, but will get to it. Love your colors.
