    My suggestion would be, first of all, before you try stronger chemicals, to saturate the stained areas with pure glycerine (available in drugstores). Let sit over night and wash with a gentle soap, like Ivory liquid. It may take several treatments, but the glycerine will not affect the fabric negatively.
