For BOTH indoors and outdoors theme options, you will need a sort of med/dark green selection.

    Some examples:

    Another green option:

Got any of these lying around in your stash? Any Christmas greens from last year or handpaints, batiks will do.

These are just samples of what I'm using.

    I'll be back with more.

Cordelia, I like the outdoorsy theme and could you please tell me how many different fabrics we would need? Have some great blues and greens with snowflakes. I would also rather make a small quilt than a wall hanging. Looking foward to more instructions.

I'm thinking about it. Would rather have a lapquilt instead of wall hanging, but that's just me.
I don't have any Christmasy fabric like you are showing. Mine has snowmen, santas, etc on it.
I'm sure, depending on how much we need and how many different colors we need, I could find some.
But, I just cannot start it until I get back.
That doesn't mean you cannot start and I could catch up. :)

OOOh lovely fabrics, yes please I want to join in the fun. Never made a mystery before...

So IŽm guessing youŽll tell us how much of each fabric we need and then we wait for the first CLUE

This could be very interesting to see all the colour choices and each one will be so unique, love this idea :D

I'm interested, but I'm not sure if I have enough fabrics in my stash. Will you be letting us know totals of how many colors and how much of each we would need for the whole project before we start so I can shop??? :D

Or, an even better idea...Cordelia, you can just send me the fabrics you have taken pics of....I'll just use those  They are lovely.
