Default Need advice on layout of quilt

I drew up this on EQ7 as a potential hand piecing project for me. I have lots of blue scraps and I would like to use some of them up. One of these has the blocks arranged with one colour around each star, the other they are just random, I can't decide which one I prefer, What do you think???? I like the first one. I generally like things more 'ordered', and have a tough time making truly scrappy quilts. It will be a lovely quilt, whichever way you decide to go.

scrappy..that way if you should accidentally get too many of lights together, or the darks..etc...you won't really know it! also scrappy will keep your eye focused on the star, the planned out way will have your eye focused on everything else going on around the stars!

I like the second one. I see more of a block and not as much stars in it. I also agree with Jacquie about the scrappy look. Less chance to have to much of one color in a location. No matter how you do this, it is going to look wonderful!!
