take it to your LQS maybe they will have a match for it.
Do you know what the baby will be?? is a boy or a girl?
if it is a girl I would suggest a pink. BUT I am partial to a blue
(Sorry my DW tells me I cannot match fabric too well)

I am always surprised at the suggestions I get from both clerks and other customers! (of course not ALL their suggestions are good!!!!!

I think a pieced border would work better than adding just a plain border. The entire quilt is made of strips, adding a pieced border would add a little interest to the quilt.
A checkerboard border is always cute on crib quilts.
Use a tan fabric to match your blocks and a baby print that has blue/green/pink. Theres already a lot of solid fabrics in the quilt.
I think it needs a cute little print to add some interest.
