I don't have a pattern or picture to share but I went to an Amish quilt show many years ago and they had a quilt and they were all 2 in or 2.5 inches. But they had arranged them into hearts, with white squares between. I have an old photo but not at home to be able to scan it. They had all different fabrics for the hearts except each one had a red square in the middle.

Bonnie Hunter's leader / ender project for this year is a tumbler quilt. Her blog has free directions.

I made the one they call Sunny Lanes from Quilters Cache-it's the 22nd one down on the right side of your monitor. I made it with 2in. finished squares. It was done with scraps and it used up a lot of them. This went together very quick. I am going to make another one for my nephew and his new wife.

What a great find. I love a challenge like that. At our Project Linus events, I always check out the challenge box. It's like putting a jigsaw puzzle together making it all work into something wonderful. Please post a picture for us.

I did a search for Postage stamp quilts. Ooh! The eye candy! Hope you find one you like!

Another thought, have you ever tried hexgons? Hand sewn? 2.5" squares work very nicely for 1" hexies. Also a scrappy Burgoyne Surround?? https://www.google.com/search?q=burg...FUo5iAodxbwE8A
