I am picturing a beautiful all blue Trip Around The World.

On a second thought, I was just telling hubby last night that I could only find one piece of scrap in blue in my stash, I have no blue, so....

This one was fast because 12 of the blocks are large half square triangles. 12 inch blocks. You could do a mix of blues and it would be really pretty.

For quick and easy I don't think you can go wrong with a tube quilt. A friend just did one in blue and it was beautiful.

Here's kind of a variation on the railfence - it's fun to mix it up sometimes. There are so many lovely patterns out there, you're sure to find one you love. :)

My vote would be for a split nine patch. Quick and easy.

when my granddaughter requested a new quilt and said...i really like blue grandma, i made Ashley's ocean! it did not take long, the appliques were very fun, even added crystals...the pics do not show how spectacular this quilt is...and it was my first bargello

GollyTwo, your quilts are lovely. The purple looks like a big city at night and your Chinese Coins is an inspiration for a bunch of left over "ugly" fabrics I have tucked away. Great way to use them up and pretty darn easy. Thank you for the inspiration.
