That's what we do in order to raise funds for our Quilts for Kids chapter. You are right-the smaller things sell much better. With the exception of 1 full size quilt, we've made the most $$ on small quilts and aprons.

craigslist - no fees...but the people do usually pick up at your home.

Many people, both sellers and buyers, prefer to meet at a place in public, ie Walmart parking lot...I've never sold anything on Craigslist, but I do buy things...and I prefer a public meeting place...Naomi

No one in our area has any money so we found the best way to raise $ for our little quilting group is to sell raffle tickets locally for a quilt we have made. We made a beautiful one and displayed it at our county fair last week and would you belive we only sold 8 tickets at $1 each....

Thanks for all the good tips, we will give them a try. We discussed each sugestion at our guild meeting and will try several of them.
