I've made all necessary adjustments to try to resolve this problem and nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

What exactly have your already tried?

New needle?

What thread are you using? Best shot is to re thread. Make sure the presser foot is in the up position to begin threading.

Did you put the bobbin in correctly. On my brother machines, the bobbins should look like a "p" with the thread coming off.

Do you have multiple bobbin cases? Check that the correct one is in the machine.

Thanks for your welcome and response. After 5 hours of trying to correct. I met with success. The needle needed an adjustment.
