If you are on FaceBook consider joining the "Bernina 7 Series Owners" FaceBook page. It is a great source of information and help when you need it. There is even a guy on there that services Bernina's and if you have a problem he will usually reply with help. I've needed it several times for my 710.

I was just looking at this machine yesterday! I think it may be too much machine for me and what I do. Instead, I'm thinking that the 580 might be best for me. However, I'm looking forward to hearing what others say about the 770 as I haven't made my final decision yet.
