If I were ordering 1 1/2 yards, I would expect to pay 14.92, not 17.90. If I were ordering just a half yard, I'm not sure I would be ok with the 7.95. But, I very rarely order fabric online.

This isn't a "she said/he said" dispute over a particular order. Why are we dancing around naming this retailor? This is their new official policy, not some deep dark secret. I see frequent complaints about a particular vendor. Why are we not naming this one?
