I hope you will submit that idea to the quilting magazines - I know they pay some $$ for new tips, and this is a wonderful tip! Thank you!

I always wondered what I was supposed to be doing with those bands! How nice of the PT people to support my quilting hobby that way!

Hubby and I used to own a print shop and we used glycerin - as dab on our fingers for collating (sorting stuff) - and one of the girls noticed a great improvement in her fingernails and hands. :-)

Also - - - thinking that with just a little chirp from anyone and all of the creative juices that start flowing in our brains about better ways to do things - - - love this Board!!

Quilt police labelling. For a show I would put the labelling in the bottom left it helps quilt angels, stewards to give information about your quilt to visitors. My own and friends quilts are labelled in all kinds of places. Free motion writing in one section of the quilt, labelling on the binding especially on table runners or table clothes, on bags somewhere easy to see but not too obvious usually on side.

    That's brilliant
I think I'm going to look in to getting some elastic bands - or that rubbery shelf paper - and give it a go.
