I don't have that machine, but I love my Janome machines. Have fun with the new machine.

You will be so pleased with this machine. I've had mine for about 5 months and am delighted with all of the bells and whistles. My first impression was how quiet the machine is. Since then, I've discovered the low bobbin indicator, pivot foot, and so many other nice to have's.

I previously had a Janome 200E for embroidery and did very little. Oh my! This machine has so many helpful fuctions for embroidery and so many hoops. Right now I'm using it to Quilt a King Size quilt.

There is as Yahoo group (Janome 12000/15000) for us. Jim Stutsman and his wife and others in the group are very helpful with answering questions. In addition, Jim has just released an iPad ap, "My 15000" that I just downloaded. It costs $60, but considering the investment in the machine, it is worth it if you enjoy that type of thing.

Congratulations and enjoy!!!

A new machine is exciting! When a guild member gets a new machine we all flock around to see it. When one drives up in a new car, it's oh, just car that looks like all the rest of them. LOL

I purchased the 15000 this spring. I really am enjoying it. I traded in my 11000 and purchased the 15000 at a Jenny Haskins event which had discounted the machines because we used them in the event. They also offered zero percent for four years. Otherwise i would not have purchased the machine. The purchase included a box of Jenny Haskins products, thread and an iPod.

Good for you. Others that have that machine likes it and I'm sure you will too.
I only use two straight stitch only machines. I don't use anything fancy but, if I decide to I have three others that can do it.

Oooh, congrats!! I don't have one but that's a nice machine. I have a 6600 that's my "main" machine, and my travel machine is a Janome too. I love 'em. I'm sure you'll love your new "baby" too!
