Hi
I have just about finished another quilt from this site (Quilt for Rosie) and would love to join in on this one.
I went out in my lunch break and brought most of my fabric now finger cross that it suites the Mystery Quilt, still have to pick up the 2 dark colours and I thought I would wait and see what backing I would need.

I've never done a mystery quilt before. Maybe someday. I won't be able to commit to this one. Maybe if it were on a different day? But, Yall have fun!!! I hope you will be posting your quilts here for all of us to see.

What time does it start please? I have just found my own answer 10 am eastern standard time. This means in England it will be 3 pm so I may miss some of the later hours as my OCD makes me go to bed at 9pm . Will hey be posted to follow the next day before you get up.?

Hi
I have the same problem but I looked the time up from here in Australia and it will be 2am on the 2nd January,, I have to go to work that day at 7am and will also miss most off it. How can I get hold off it otherwise I have brought the fabric and still would like to do it. I might be able to download some of the clues and instruction and sew them when I get home that evening.

Usually the directions stay up for a couple weeks so that those that can't make it on January 1 or don't finish can get to it I went this past week and got my fabric and will post pics Wednesday after Christmas as we are having a cutting fest at my parents to get the first part done before the big day So far it is my Sister Barb, our friend Ann , our friend Darcie, Mom and I. Three of us have already got the fabric mine is purples, green and aqua , my sister went black, white/grays and yellow, Ann went with purple and greens
Will be fun to see what colors everyone comes up with

I've got all my fabrics cut and ready to go. I'm doing pinks with a couple beige and 1 black. Sure hope I like the results. I ended up taking a picture and then looking at it in black and white to see if the contrast was good. I'm excited about doing this just for fun and not for a deadline.

I copied the first set of directions. My sewing room is in the middle of a clean up, so not sure if I'll be ready to do this, but want to have directions in hopes that I can join in this. Sounds like fun. mystery quilts are "da bomb." :-)
