I'd be in big trouble as well if we had guests - at this point the cats go in there and cry!

Well, sewing room looks like it belongs to someone else because it's tidy. However did NOT find any treasures except for that one template and pattern.

In the fabric room organized the little armoire that house precuts. Mostly jelly rolls and where did all those fat quarters come from? Did find half yard cut of pizza slices. Have to figure out pattern for large prints. Perfect for Teenage boy for Project Linus

Tomorrow may start with the bookcase with yardage and hunks of fab....no not.

Just a little update. I finished the cute little ornament and baked an walnut apple cake for hubby's pot luck tomorrow at work. But, in the process, I broke a handblown glass 18" snowman my friend kitty bought me years ago. I am very sad, since she is gone now these five years. I can't believe it since I put it in a special place this year to keep it safe. I know it was just a thing, but, it was from her.

    Julie,

Now you need to tell us how you managed to have a sewing room and a fabric room?

No cleaning for me. Found out last night that the grand-dog broke his leg and is having surgery on Tuesday. So no one will be here for Christmas. So no cleaning, putting sheets on bed or cooking. So I am taking today to cry and feel sorry for myself, DO NOT have to check the carpeting for pins, since the dog and family will not be here. Hope everyone has a very Happy Christmas and despite the virus, get to spend some time with their families. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

My sister came out to stay with me when I got out of the hospital last week. She straightened up my sewing room some and even vacuumed! No more cleaning for me for a bit. Not expecting anyone over the holidays so now I get to finish up a couple stockings and be done for the season.

Ronda, I got two rooms for my hobby when 2 sons moved out and never moved back. First son stopped in after work and noticed his former bedroom was my sewing room. Sewing machine/table and ironing board no longer in dining room. Cutting table in there as well as containers of fabric. He said, "Well I can see it didn't take you long to take this room over!" Ever hear the phrase New York Minute!
