My daughter lives in Spruce Pine, and I'll be there at the end of July for birth of a new grandbaby. Since we fly in and out of Charlotte, a small side trip to MaryJo's would be wonderful!!! Thanks for the tip!!

Got a call this am at 5:40 am- Jess is in labor- they are at the hospital at Camp LeJeune. We're having a baby today! Come on Taylor Marie![/quote]
Have Jess have the baby pictures taken by the hospital photograper. Then you can view Taylor Marie online at our365.com in 24 hours or less.
I'm from Fayetteville.

Hey, I'm from NC, Greensboro, a neighbor to ya. I read your complaint about Hancock's, Winston-Salem. So sorry you've had that experience. I have a middle age friend who works at that shop, that is, if they don't have more than one Hancock's. Well, saying she is a friend is putting it loosely, I know a lady who works there. Now, I feel better. But, I don't know anything about the store. I go to Hancock's here on High Point Rd at Sedgefield plaza corner of Groomtown and HP Rd. I recently went to Randy's Quilt Shop...( on Lawndale where the old Sears Catalog place use to be)...pretty pricy place. I have a JoAnn's close to me. Hope you find a better experience, what about quiltville, you know www.quiltville.com. I think it is somewhere in the Wahlburg area. You probably should file a formal complaint with the management. I know lots of the places seem to have the "bend over" attitude, but we are still American's with the same Motto; "the customer is always right." Ciao, Ruth
