Quilting is not an Addiction . Nor anything that is needed to quilt by. It is Thearpy Now lets tell ourselfs that so we all have good selfaseem(?). We give most of what we make away and that makes us feel good. Quilting is Relaxation so it is a form of stress releaf. It is cheaper than going to see someone. We get out more. We talk to more people. So can you add more to this list so Quilting is not an Addiction? We could be doing a lot worse. OH Ya When I get into my Quilting I don't stop for anything so I don't eat. There for I loose weight. Good for my health.

GMTA (Great Minds Think Alike)

So, now I will tell hubby I'm in my Therapy room (aka Sewing room).

NOW if this is therapy why can't I get a DR to give me a prescription to buy more fabric, notions, and books, etc, etc. Then I could write off all this as a "medical expense".
