I looks wonderful. I don't think I have ever seen a OBW with so many colors in it before.

Your OBW is beautiful. I just finished my first and was a little disappointed with the results as I did not starch my fabric and had too many bias stretches. Live and learn! I will watch for fabric and do another.

I am addicted to these and have had to force myself to do different things, but every time I enter a fabric shop, I look for repeatig busy patterns. Yours is lovely

I do love the great colors that are in your quilt. But I do get the issue you had . I have one on my design board for almost 10 months, just waiting for final assembly. ... Someday... perhaps!

I think it's really very nice. To me, it looks like art-work glass beads.

Maybe you are just experiencing that stage of "hate it and want it to be done with" which many of us feel with pretty much every quilt at some stage in the process. The trick is to learn to work right through it. You'll feel the love later, when it's done.

I love your OBW! They always look like galaxies to me. I can't wait to try one. I appreciate the heads up on getting tired of putting blocks together. I feel better prepared knowing to expect "block fatigue"!

It's very textural and eye pleasing. I too can see how hard this would be to complete, but what an awesome quilt you will have once done. I love the colors together and that it's different than most I see. Hugs and smilesssss!!

I believe UFOs are like scraps, ferns and dust bunnies. Once you get two, they send spores out into the air and more just happen anywhere the spores meet.

OBW is One Block Wonder- it is a (technique) quilting pattern- there are books/patterns out called 'One Block Wonders', more one block wonders and one block wonders encore---among others- people here just abbreviate it for simplicity.

    the quilt turned out GREAT!

It's really gorgeous! I think you did a great job laying it out.
