I rarely unpick hand quilting. If it's really bad, of course; but mostly I think if I wanted perfect even stitches I would use the machine. That being said I am unpicking my machine stitches because I am trying to master my BSR. LOL, can't win some days!!!!

Yes, I have done that before. In fact, quite recently. Although, in my advanced years (I'm 56), I am not so fussy as I used to be.

I pick out the glaringly obvious ones. I'm in my 50s now and not so picky as I used to be-thank goodness!

Yes, sometimes it seems like more unquilting than quilting!

Yes - if they really bother me. Years ago I used to be concerned about teeny tiny stitches. No longer. Just even works for me. The stitches are still small but I'm not trying to impress any judges and most people don't know any better anyway. I'm the final judge. Take out the bad ones and keep on 'a-sewing.

Yep-some days all the stitches are good and other days I should just put it down.

I'm afraid that I am one of those who take out stitches that aren't quite right. I don't really do it for anyone else but me. I just like it to look good.
