I was in the local Walmart today and there it was, a big space with a cutting table, fabric bolt stands and a notion wall! The fabric hadn't came in yet but it is a big fabric dept where the stationary/office supply dept use to be. I saw a big thread cabinet, McCalls and Simplicity pattern cabinet and a super long notion wall with a big fabric wall on the opposite side. I'm so glad I have a place to go buy the basics. Did you know Walmart will honor JoAnn's and Hobby Lobby coupons? The store clerk said they would. I never thought to ask!

The Walmart near me never took their fabrics out but they moved it 3 different times and now it's only about 1/2 the size it used to be and they raised the prices on all the fabrics. They did away with alot of their craft supply items. They did clearance alot of fabrics out for $1 and $2 a yard. crafty_linda_b
