I've been known to do that too.

OMG I have a twin. I spend so much time on the computer and shopping for all these patterns I hardly have time to quilt. This is also how my stash got so large. I not only buy the pattern but often the fabric to do it. BUT, before I actually start, I have found my next new project. Glad to hear I am not alone.

I do that! I finally had to go thru them and take out the ones I would never do. My goal for this next year is to do a block of all the designs I have saved. Then make a sampler quilt. That will also help me to start branching out more.

Some day my daughters may think I have become a hoarder of quilt patterns! All of my quilting magazines are neatly organized and by six months down the road I can look at them and they are like new patterns that I don't remember seeing! Even the free patterns that come with magazine advertisements are filed. Maybe I'm more of a dreamer than a quilter!

Well, that's a new concept and one I've never considered. I don't think it's possible.

OMG!!!! Yes!!! I am a patternholic!!! I love patterns and have hundreds of patterns and books!!! I have them in two large filing cabinets and two book shelves. I know that I will never make them all but they are inspiration for me. Many times if I see a fabric that catches my eye, I will buy the fabric and look through the patterns to find a creative idea. LOL!!! Oh yes, I am also a fabriholic :)

I am just happy to know that I am not alone with the obsession to buy every pattern and notion that I see.

Guilty....I need to pare down, I will never be able to make them all,and even after sewing for years have accepted the fact I will never have the skills to make even the simplest of masterpieces lol. At some point I need to sell them because the stash is becomming overwhelming....
