Got this at Joann's with a coupon. I didn't cover the whole ruler, just cut sections & put it on, especially the edges, etc.
So far I've been pleased with it. Found another couple of rulers that I don't use much & missed those so I'll have to compare.

Yes, you can slide the ruler to make fine adjustments. And I'm more of a slider than a picker-upper LOL. I tried sandpaper quite awhile ago. It's just not for me........ Good luck!
