Default One Ugly Log Cabin

This was supposed to be a curvy log cabin. The colors just didn't play nice. So now, we are just going to finish it and donate it to the newborn nursery at church. Our problem, what can we do to make this a little more appealing? TIA, Kathy

The blocks are pretty, I think if you change the blocks around to a more interesting layout you will be surprised how pretty it could be.

I agree with grammysharon, I think if you rotate some of the blocks you will get some interesting patterns because you've got really good value contrast going on.

Use a micron pen to add prayers and blessings to the gold strips. Like a friendship quilt. The babies will love it whatever you do.
