Sewing the flying geese in a row - vertical - makes them so easy and you won't cut off the tips. I love foundation paper piecing!!! You can draw your stripes on graph paper just like the picture you sent . I use Electric Quilt but it's so easy to go old school, and just use graph paper. FYI - many home printers can print this paper out for you - I found a section called "forms" on my old printer - only took me 6 years to find it!!! And you could try using vellum or newsprint cut to size.

I need around 250 sets of four. I'll put two on a page, then run them through the copier.

I use the Blocloc rulers but only to trip HSTs, how would you use it for making flying geese?
