I have the Passport 3, bought approx 3 years ago (can't remember) agree with all the above statements. But, the first time I changed a needle I cut my finger on the plastic pieces above the needle area, extremely sharp edges. I contacted my dealer who had it sent back to Pfaff, they rounded off the edges, smoothed them out, now OK. Apparently those pieces come out of a mold, hopefully it has been corrected. At the time a manager at Pfaff called me to discuss the problem, very nice woman.
