Default pattern for mini quilt to display show pins?

I have a collection of show quilt pins and quilt shop store pins that I would like to make a display quilt for.
Does anyone have one of these made? Looking for ideas and something more than just a quilted rectangle! Can you post the picture?
thanks
MA

The green is the pattern called " let's get pinned" from Georgia Bonesteel. It was meant to hold quilt pins and could be hung on a mini quilt stand. I modified the beige version to hold a couple of lapel pins and my father's tie clasps. Something along these lines might work for you.

From the previous link, this is a cute idea & could be adapted from any tree pattern. http://www.pinpeddlers.com/store/Pat...nes_Quilt.html
