How far is this from Lancaster, PA? Just curious, because I sometimes visit that area. Is this only for PA quilters?

trying to see if it might fit in my schedule. 10 is a good time- I would need about 4 hours travel time I think. Any shopping involved?

maybe I could drive part way the night before.....hmmm..... need to think on this.

hi barm, of course there will be shopping involved, not sure exactly right now where they are located but yes, there are places we are planning to attend.

if you have any questions, you can pm me (turtlerouge), kathi from pa, or norabanaquilts.

where do you live? Maybe we can set you up with someone coming from your directions.

did you say 10:00am was good for you?

need to make a decision- have 3 things that day. Conference for Women- very helpful for my business, volunteer day at the local farm (just became a non-profit) and this.

Unfortunately- it has to be the work at the farm in the a.m. and then the conference from 1 to 4. I would love to come but seriously- I have to put my work first. I have a newer business and I have to get it's name out there by doing these things.

Darn, darn, darn. Enjoy without me. :(

    Hahaha!! That's blackmail!!

I'm not sure what/if I have plans for that weekend - I was going to go visit my parents. But this does sound like so much fun!! (even with a 4 hour drive!) =)

Hi All, Here is where we are meeting on Saturday and other places we can visit while we are there. If you have any questions send me or Kathi in Pa a pm.

    Where: Hoss's
    1450 N. Atherton St.
    State College
Shopping: quilt and fabric shops are all about within 1/2 from where we would be meeting.

The fabric/quilt shops are Stitch Your Art Out, JoAnn's, Alleycat Quiltworks, Fabrics Gallore & Sew Much More, and Sew Cute.

I can't find a quilt show in Harrisburg. There is one in Hershey in July, but I will be going out of the country that week. There is also one in Philadelphia in September.
SIGH..... wish I could get together with you guys next week.
